Popular influencer Nickie Dabarbie just secured her release from prison through bail. An activist by the name Harrison Gwannishu broke the news on Instagram by posting pictures with Nickie Dabarbie.

In his caption, Harrison Gwamnishu wrote;

“Today we secured the release of @nickie_dabarbie from Kirikiri female Correctional Facility Lagos State.

We got involved to enable her have a fair hearing and in coming days we will be dropping further update when necessary.

Thanks to @verydarkblackman for always calling and standing by and ensuring We succeed. He ensured @nickie_dabarbie gets legal representation.

God bless my beautiful friend @sharplawyer_ng for rendering her legal services. WE ARE CALLING FOR RE-INVESTIGATION and I appeal to @citizens_gavel to get involved.


Note that in his statement, Harrison Gwamnishu mentioned that Very Dark Man stood by Nickie Dabarbie’s side, and made sure that she got legal representation.

Recall that Very Dark Man was the one who announced that Nickie Dabarbie was in prison. He also said that he has tried to get her help before it was too late, but his lawyer couldn’t make it because there was no ample time.

Very Dark Man also chastised her for constantly posting about her beef with Skiibii, even after he had warned her severally.

The issue between Nickie Dabarbie and Skiibii started a few weeks back, where she accused him of using money rituals.

Nickie Dabarbie also dragged Mayorkun into the mix, saying that he has drugged her coffee, and he had also attempted to use her for money ritualis.

Mayorkun responded by slamming her with a one-billion Naira lawsuit. He also went on to sample her voice recording in one of his most recent songs. This brought about mixed relations among netizens, with some applauding him, while others chastised him.

Ciana Chapman, the wife of popular comedian, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, aka Sabinus, has debunked rumours that her husband physically assaulted her.


A blogger has alleged that the skit maker subjects his wife to domestic violence.

Reacting, Ciana warned the blogger to stop spreading false rumours about her and her family.

She wondered how her husband who is in Nigeria would beat her who is currently in the United Kingdom.

On her Instagram story, she wrote: “Cutie_juls take my name and that of my family off your mouth and page.

“How can my husband be in Nigeria and be hitting me here in the UK?”

Video footage of embattled American rapper and music executive, Sean Combs, aka Diddy reportedly assaulting his former signee and estranged girlfriend Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016 has emerged.

In the footage obtained by CNN, Diddy could be seen repeatedly kicking and throwing objects at his then-girlfriend Cassie.

The emergence of the footage is against the backdrop of the multiple sexual assault charges being pressed against Diddy.

Recall that Cassie had, in a suit filed in Federal District Court in Manhattan, in November 2023 accused Diddy of plying her with drugs and alcohol, forcing her to have sex with male prostitutes, and raping and beating her shortly after meeting her in 2005 until 2018.

However, the duo agreed to settle out of court a day after she Cassie an explosive lawsuit alleging rape and physical abuse against the legendary rapper.

Despite Cassie withdrawing her charges against Diddy, several other women and a former male producer filed lawsuits accusing the rapper of sexually assaulting them.

In March, Diddy’s Los Angeles home was raided by heavily armed agents from Homeland Security Investigations in connection with his alleged involvement in sex and human trafficking.
