Iyabo Ojo and daughter, Priscilla, shut down rumours of fallout with Toyin Abraham as they show love to her

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo and her daughter, Priscilla, have shut down rumours of a fallout with her colleague, Toyin Abraham.

For some days now, many have been questioning the state of Toyin and Iyabo’s friendship following the former’s absence at Iyabo’s grandson’s birthday and Juma Jux’s birthday.

Showing that all is well between the trio, Iyabo and Priscilla took to Toyin’s latest social media post to show love for her.

Kolawole Ajeyemi’s wife had announced that her new movie, Bestie, will be in cinemas from December, and Priscilla and Iyabo left emojis under her post.

Further proving that there is no bad blood, Priscilla took to her social media page to repost Toyin’s video.

It was reported in March that at Iyabo Ojo’s movie premiere, Funke had snubbed Toyin’s greetings, leaving Toyin embarrassed.

Following the drama at her movie premiere, Iyabo revealed the cause of Funke and Toyin’s renewed feud and further revealed that Toyin was supposed to be a cast member in The Return of Arinzo but pulled out at the last minute.

Iyabo’s post left many believing she was switching sides to Funke and was at loggerheads with Toyin for pulling out of her movie.

Squashing the rumours of beef, Toyin addressed her fans and followers, urging them to see Iyabo’s movie in cinemas nationwide.

Responding to it, Iyabo expressed her gratitude, referring to the actress as her sister.

Her husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi, had also shown love to Iyabo, congratulating her on her movie project.

Iyabo responded with appreciation for his support and called him her brother.

The relationship between Toyin and Iyabo is undoubtedly an enviable one.

Published

Nigerian singer, Mayorkun has warned emerging artistes against adopting a mysterious public image like that of his colleague, Wizkid, without first establishing themselves in the music industry.

The singer advised upcoming musicians to focus on building their careers and connecting with fans rather than attempting to imitate the approach of established stars.

According to Mayorkun, “trying to maintain a mysterious image like Wizkid as a newcomer could cause you to fade into obscurity”.

He suggested that upcoming artistes need to make themselves visible and build a solid fan base before considering such an approach.

Wizkid, one of Nigeria’s most prominent Afrobeats stars, is known for maintaining a relatively private lifestyle, with limited public appearances outside music-related activities.
