Hold Burna Boy Responsible If Anything Happens To My Family – Cubana Chief Priest

Nightlife mogul, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has said singer Burna Boy should be held responsible if anything happens to him or any member of his family.


He raised the alarm while alleging that a video shared by the singer via Instastory was a recording of his family residence in Ikoyi.

The socialite claimed that the eye emoji the singer used to caption the video, implies that he was monitoring his family.


He said he has already informed the police about the possible threat to the safty of his family members.

Reposting the video posted by Burna Boy via his Instastory, Cubana Chief Priest wrote, “This na my neighbourhood for Ikoyi you drive pass my crib recording with eye symbol, you are watching me to shoot me abi or abduct my family.

“This is childish. Dog wey dey bite no dey bark. I be Aba boy, we fight to finish. All your men shall fall that day if you cross my lane. Make shaa nothing happen to my family. Na Ikoyi be this. Here no be Ikate. Nigeria Police force already have the intel so I’m ready.”


Report that Cubana Chief Priest has been trolling Burna Boy on social media in response to a shade thrown at him by the singer.

In one of his posts, Chief Priest claimed that the singer had an illicit relationship with embattled American music executive, Diddy, in a bid to win a Grammy.

Nigerian disc jockey DJ Cuppy isn’t the only one who spent this year’s Valentine’s single; media personality Denrele Edun also did.

Taking to his Instagram page to share some Valentine-themed photos, Denrele revealed that he is single to a stupor.

Musicians don’t support Nollywood as much – Timini Egbuson

Movie star, Timini Egbuson, has insinuated that musicians don’t support the movie industry as much as actors support their music.

The thespian said he wished musicians would support the film industry more.

“[I] really wish musicians supported Nollywood the way we support their music but that’s a conversation for another day,” he wrote on his X handle on Sunday.


The Nigerian film and music industries have a close relationship.

Over the years, a lot of musicians have featured in Nollywood movies and several actors have also released their own music, with some of them collaborating with musicians.

Some actresses have also been featured as vixens in music videos.

‘I need to get closer to God’ – Singer, Fireboy

Nigerian singer, Adedamola Adefolahan, popularly known as Fireboy DML, has expressed strong desire to improve his relationship with God.

The ‘Play Boy’ crooner spoke about fixing his relationship with God on Sunday via his X page.

Fireboy declared that he needed to have a closer relationship with God.


“I need to get closer to God,” he wrote.

Recall that last year, DJ Cuppy, a popular disc jockey and daughter of Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola, dedicated her life to God and got baptised at Holy Trinity Brompton in London.

Afterwards, she revealed that God had challenged her to curate a gospel mixtape.

Similarly, South African Kefilwe Mabote recently burnt her expensive designer clothes after dedicating her life to Christ.

Mabote explained that she decided to burn the clothes because the bible said such items are “accursed.”
