Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Daniel Olatunji, popularly known as Danboskid, has opened up about his struggles and said he is starting over while seeking support to rebuild his life.

In a video shared on Wednesday, Danboskid revealed that he has returned to his family home and is currently sleeping in his sister’s room.

He added that he is working on new plans, including producing a movie, launching an accessories brand, and driving for Uber to get back on his feet.

The reality TV star said his family was also facing difficulties.

He, however, stressed that he was not seeking pity but wanted advice and support as he tried to turn his situation around.

“I don’t really know what to say, but I know I have so many things in mind. And I know I don’t know what’s going on with me.

“But I know I have to change what’s going on. I know I have to stop being intentional. I know I have to start altering my own reality.

“Because I have to make things work regardless.”

Speaking about his circumstances, Danboskid said his family was not going hungry but acknowledged that they were facing difficulties.

“As I said, we’re not suffering. My dad is a tenant. So yeah, we’re just suffering mentally,” he said.

He also disclosed that he had considered selling his laptop but decided against it, saying he needed it to help him rebuild his career.

The former housemate said he planned to produce a film, establish himself as a top actor, launch an accessories brand and begin driving for Uber.

“I have a script going on. I’m going to produce my movie. I’m going to become a movie producer. And a world-class top actor.

“Yes, that’s it. So that’s the first one. That’s like the bigger picture. But how do we go about it? I honestly do not know.”

He added that he wanted to start an accessories business and was also considering driving for Uber using cars belonging to people who no longer wanted to use them.

“I also want to start my accessory brand.

“Oh yeah, I know how to select good accessories.

“So yeah, you all know I’m going to put on my business page to patronise me because that’s how I want to kick-start myself.”

Danboskid said his immediate goals included getting a place of his own, rebuilding his career and helping his family.

“Get something done for myself. Start doing Uber. Start my accessory brand.

“Get a house for myself. Fix my family, and become a meaningful user. That’s the plan.”

The reality star also reflected on his public image, saying he wanted to move beyond the expectations created by his online profile and pursue opportunities without being restricted by how people perceived him.

He said he wanted to show people “who he really is” and make changes in his life regardless of his current circumstances.

Danboskid was among the housemates on the 2025 edition of BBNaija and became the first housemate to be evicted from the season.

PUNCH Online had reported that Danboskid was evicted after 12 days in the house. He received the lowest percentage of viewer votes during the first live eviction show.

The Ekiti State-born entrepreneur, actor and model was listed by the show’s organisers as being born on April 8, 2000, and described as an entrepreneur, actor and model.

Following his eviction, Danboskid attributed his early exit to a name change during his time in the BBNaija house, saying it made it difficult for fans to identify and support him.

“I had to leave Winners, honestly, because I was like, if I stay here, I’ll get too comfortable. At the time, I was CEO level. I was already working at the highest level of church—no uni degree.

I was wearing ties. I was meeting with presidents. I was like, Omo, don’t get carried away. You need to go and make money. And then I left. I came to Lagos.

And when I got to Lagos, I did a cleaning job for a bit. And I saw a job opportunity in a newspaper, actually on the back of a newspaper. And I just said Let me just apply”.

Dapson said he was taken aback to meet degree holders at the interview. He said his confidence and previous experience helped him convince the employers, and that was how his journey as a junior editor began.

“There were people with BScs there, bro. I kid you not. There were people with BScs. And I was there in the interview. I was like, Omo, this is crázy.

But when I entered there, as I said, I know how to make mouth. So I sold them dreams, and they were so excited. I was telling them that, see, I will make your life easy. This is what I was doing in Winners. Visiting entry. And they were so happy about it”.

Igho Ubiribo’s son rejects penis enlargement narrative surrounding father’s death

Published

Junior Ubiribo, son of British-Nigerian businessman and influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, has challenged reports linking his father’s death in Thailand to complications from a penis enlargement procedure.

In an emotional video shared online, Junior claimed his father’s death has been misrepresented, insisting there were unanswered questions surrounding the circumstances of the incident.

“My dad was killed in March, and I say killed because although they’re trying to push this narrative that he needed his private region bigger, that’s not what happened,” he said.

According to him, his father’s body showed injuries that he believes have not been adequately explained.

He alleged that Igho had a missing eyeball and a “giant gash” on his forehead, questioning how such injuries could have resulted from the reported procedure.

Junior also accused his father’s wife, whom he claimed was not legally married to the late businessman, of failing to provide the family with clear information about what transpired in Thailand.

He further alleged that properties and assets belonging to his father had been taken following his death.

“I had my inheritance stolen by his wife. Just crazy how many properties, guns, watches, just gone to South Africa with the wind,” he alleged.

The grieving son said the family learned details about Igho’s death through media reports and online discussions, expressing frustration over what he described as attempts to tarnish his father’s image.

He maintained that the public narrative does not tell the full story and called for more answers regarding the circumstances surrounding the businessman’s death.

“I miss my dad. He didn’t deserve what happened to him, and he doesn’t deserve what’s happening to him now,” Junior said.

His remarks come days after reports emerged that a UK coroner’s inquest found that Igho died from a pulmonary embolism linked to hyaluronic acid filler used during a penis enlargement procedure in Bangkok, However, Junior said he remains unconvinced by the findings and believes his family deserves further clarification
