“Don’t trade the love and loyalty of your wife for a fleeting affair with a side chic” – Rita Edochie cautions men

Published

on

Nollywood actress Rita Edochie is starting the week by cautioning married men.

Taking to her Instagram page, she said that they don’t need to treat their wives badly because of a roaming side chick. She made them know that when they are old, they will value the women they mistreated.

She admonished the opposite gënder not to trade the love, loyalty and commitment of their wives for a fleeting affair with a side chick.

Edochie lets them know that when the thrill fades, they will be left with regret and the realisation of the value of the woman they mistreated.

The veteran noted that one’s wife is their partner, friend, confidante, and the one who will stand by them through thick and thin, triumphs and failures. She admonished them not to give room for anyone to break what they share.

“You don’t have to treat your wives badly because of a roaming side chick. In the near future, age will drop on your side; only then will you realise the value of that pøor woman you mistreated.

Men, let’s get real: I don’t trade the love, loyalty, and commitment of your wife for a fleeting affair with a side chick. When the thrill fades with age, and it will, you’ll be left with regret and the realisation of the value of the woman you mistreated.

Your wife is your partner, your friend and your confidante. She’s the one who stands by you through thick and thin, through triumphs and failures. She’s the one who builds a life with you, who shares your joys and sorrows.

Don’t let anyone break what you share. Don’t let the temptation of a side chick undermine the foundation of your marriage. Prioritise your relationship, nurture your love and cherish your wife.

The future may be unpredictable, but your commitment to your relationship shouldn’t be chosen to invest in your marriage to build a strong and lasting bond with your wife. When the side chick’s interest fades, your wife will still be there, and you’ll realise the value of the love you’ve been given”.

Similarly, Rita Edochie had sent a message to men with crashed marriages. She told them that when their homes crumble, they can’t point fingers and should bear the weight of responsibility. She made them know that their actions, decisions, and leadership shape the foundation of their family. Rita further gave them a list of things they must do to lead their household.

Rita had lashed out at married men who keep their exes as their best friends. She questioned why such men didn’t end up with their exes if they loved them or valued their friendship. Slamming them for going back to their vomit, she questioned if they had ever thought about the mental and emotional stress it imposes on their wives.

Nicki Minaj Addresses Genocide Claims In Nigeria, Seeks End To Killings

Published

on

American rap superstar Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty, popularly known as Nicki Minaj, has lent her voice to the growing international call to end the violence perpetrated by insurgents and bandits in northern Nigeria.

While delivering a keynote address at a United States Mission to the United Nations conference on “Combating Religious Violence and the Killing of Christians in Nigeria,” the Grammy-winning artist demanded that no group should ever be persecuted because of their faith.

Amid calls for urgent global action to address Nigeria’s deepening insecurity crisis, she clarified that her intention is to unite humanity and not to take sides.

“I want to make it very clear, once again, that this isn’t about taking sides. This is about standing up in the face of injustice. It’s about what I’ve always stood for,” she said.

The rapper thanked “President Trump for prioritizing this issue and for his leadership on the global stage in calling for urgent action to defend Christians in Nigeria, to combat extremism, and to bring a stop to violence against those who simply want to exercise their natural right to freedom of religion or belief.”

Some weeks ago, President Donald Trump had raised concerns over what he described as the mass killing of Christians in Nigeria.

He asked the country’s authorities to address the issue and declared Nigeria a country of particular concern (CPC).

Trump later threatened a military action in Nigeria if the killings continued.

“If the Nigerian Government continues to allow the killing of Christians, the USA will immediately stop all aid and assistance to Nigeria, and may very well go into that now-disgraced country, ‘guns-a-blazing,’ to completely wipe out the Islamic terrorists who are committing these horrible atrocities,” the US president said in a post on his Truth Social platform.

“I am hereby instructing our Department of War to prepare for possible action. If we attack, it will be fast, vicious, and sweet, just like the terrorist thugs attack our cherished Christians”.

The Nigerian authorities have, however, denied the allegations, saying it respects people of all faiths.

“Like America, Nigeria has no option but to celebrate the diversity that is our greatest strength. Nigeria is a God-fearing country where we respect faith, tolerance, diversity, and inclusion, in concurrence with the rules-based international order,” the Foreign Affairs Ministry’s Spokesperson, Kimiebi Ebienfa, said in a statement.

Nigerian crossdresser James Brown has acquired a new home.

The famous crossdresser, via his Instagram page, revealed that before he acquired his new home, he searched everywhere.

Still, all he met were pork-nosing eyes, brothers’ keepers, and watchers monitoring his shine. He noted that his brand doesn’t need a brother’s keeper, but rather a feminine energy.

He revealed that he finally found a space that carries all of it – a vintage royal sanctuary, a quiet, elegant castle, and a space where his creativity can rise, rest, and measure her steps.

“Hey Durlings,
our new home.
Before I acquired this place, I searched everywhere, but all I met were pork nosing eyes, brothers keepers, and watchers monitoring my shine.
And my brand does not need a brother’s keeper. (Neighbour)
My brand needs femme energy… concentration, love, beauty, and celebration.

Today, I finally have a Space that carries all of it.
A vintage royal sanctuary.
A quiet, elegant castle where a queen can breathe without whispers, without fear, without eyes measuring her steps.
A space where my creativity can rise, rest, and reign.

My Brownies, this is the best.
This is our latest castle.
A new chapter wrapped in elegance, peace, freedom, and God’s favour.
And as I open this door, I step into the kind of life my spirit has been calling for.
We are blessed. We are favoured.
Welcome to the Queen’s new era”.
