BBNaija Star, Angel Confirms Break-up From Soma

Published

on

Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eyes and All Stars housemate, Angel Smith has finally confirmed her breakup from colleague, Soma.

Recall that for some days now the couple have hinted a break-up after Angel unfollowed him on Instagram and stopped liking or commenting on the post.

Following their split, Soma edited his birthday message to her in February.

In his message, he had declared her his baby and had expressed his love for her. However, the reality star has since edited the post, and replaced ‘Happy Birthday my baby I love you’ with ‘Happy Birthday Angel’.

Following this, many had taken to Angel’s social media platforms to troll her and the reality star didn’t hold back from lashing at them. She questioned if it was a crime to break up.

Angel noted how she and Soma weren’t dragging themselves on social media and had been mature about the break-up. She further noted how some of her trolls are in relationships they can only tell God about and yet they have the audacity to query her.

“Even if we broke up so?? If that were the case, did you see us dragging ourselves online? You people are in relationships you can only tell God about and you have the audacity. Idiots”.

In another tweet, Angel further noted how she has been bullied since 2021 for no reason. She stated that most of the things she is always been accused of are untrue, yet she hasn’t said a word. She noted how many have expressed their disdain for her, called her a bad girl, and more, yet she doesn’t react.

“You guys have been bullying me since 2021, for no reason even the things you guys accused me of are untrue I still haven’t said a word. You don’t like me, I have heard, I’m a bad girl, I have heard. Honestly shut the hell up”.

Early this month, Angel and Soma had sparked breakup rumors after she unfollowed him on Instagram, and deleted all of their pictures.

Soma, on the other hand, didn’t delete any of her pictures. Following the break-up, Angel swiftly moved on to another relationship as she showed off her new mystery boo.

Their break-up led to Angel’s mom engaging in an online spat with a troll. It all started when Soma had taken to the X-Platform to reveal that he was on a spiritual journey, hinting at the fact that he was celibate and that he had been fasting for some days.

A particular netizen, assuming that he was on this journey because of a breakup, told him to move on from Angel. This netizen also went on to call out Angel for being wayward.

Angel’s mother, Titilaya Brownsugar offended by this slammed him, and the tweep hit back at her, stating that she had failed as a mother by raising somebody like Angel, which made Angel’s mother call him a depressed soul.

Meanwhile, Angel Smith shared a piece of important relationship advice with the public. The reality star, via the micro-blogging platform, Twitter now known as X, admonished the singles to return to her exes. Giving reasons, she noted how life is too short for one to be beefing their exes.

She further added that if one’s ex is a cancer or libra, she suggests that they should return to bed.

Months after, there were rumours about a breakup and in a January interview with her colleague, Debbie Shokoya, Kiitan debunked rumors that her engagement failed because she insulted her would-be mother-in-law.

According to her, she saw her fiance’s mother as her own, someone they prayed together and was even always reporting her son to her.

Recounting how their relationship ended, Kiitan recalled how she caught her fiance with another woman when he was sick. Narrating the incident, her fiance had called the lady to help take care of him, and her mother-in-law who was unaware that someone else was taking care of her son had called Kiitan to inform her that her fiance was sick.

Kiitan Bukola who was in a different state, was left in shock when she met another woman in his house parading around as his girlfriend. Because of the distance, she had no choice but to stay in the same house with the lady and they all slept on the same bed. Kiitan Bukola said she left the following morning and that was the end of their ill-fated relationship.

Popular Yoruba actor, Yomi Fash Lanso, made a bold statement during a recent interview, where he implored his fans to refrain from labeling him as a Nollywood actor.

In a viral video, Yomi expressed his preference for being referred to as a Nigerian actor rather than a Nollywood actor, emphasized his desire to be seen beyond the confines of a single industry.

He further asserted that he does not identify as a celebrity, but rather as a person dedicated to the craft of acting.

Despite his accomplished career, at 55 years old, Yomi playfully discouraged fans from labeling him a legend, humorously suggesting that he is still on the ascent rather than at the pinnacle of his career.

Yomi humbly acknowledged the esteemed status of his senior colleagues such as Oga Bello, Baba Wande, Jide Kosoko, Antar Laniyan, and RMD, affirming that they rightfully deserve the title of Nollywood legends.

The movie star, during the interview, asserted that while he identifies primarily as an actor, he also wears the hat of an entrepreneur, engaging in various ventures to sustain himself and his family.

In related news, Grammy-wining Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Balogun, aka Wizkid, recently clarified that he is not an Afrobeats artiste.
